Est. 2025 · A 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Serving the Six New England States
Our Story

Founded by athletes who refuse to watch kids get priced out.

As participation fees, travel expenses, and equipment costs continue to climb — and as community and town-based sports programs become increasingly limited — too many kids are being priced out of opportunities to play.

Founded by a lifelong athlete and passionate sports supporter, our organization was created to ensure that financial barriers do not determine who gets to participate. We believe every child deserves access to sports, regardless of family income.

Through fundraising, community partnerships, and direct financial assistance, the New England Sport Foundation helps offset the costs associated with competitive sports — allowing young athletes to focus on learning, growing, and enjoying the game.

Our Belief

Youth sports are about much more than competition.

Participation teaches critical life skills — hard work, discipline, perseverance, teamwork, patience, and collaboration. The values that shape confident, resilient young people both on and off the field.

Sports also foster friendships, mentorship, physical health, and a sense of belonging that today's youth need more than ever. By investing in access to youth sports, we are investing in stronger kids, stronger families, and stronger communities.

— Our Pillars

How we make it possible

I.

Fundraisers

Foundation-led events plus partner fundraisers run with local gyms, clubs, and teams — each one channeling proceeds straight back to the families and athletes they serve.

II.

Venue Partnerships

Volunteers staff concerts, games, and major events at venues like Gillette Stadium and the Xfinity Center, turning every shift into funding for New England kids.

III.

Making It Possible

Sports cost money — registration, equipment, uniforms, travel, tournaments — and for many families, that's the wall between the season and the bench. We exist to help clear it, so more kids stay on the team, alongside their teammates, where they belong.
